Bukan senang mamazieza nak merajinkan diri tau.. hahaha.. dia ni.. kalau nak buat apa-apa kena mula dari pagi.. kalau dah tengahari.. jawabnya selamat.. selamat tingal laa semua.. melepak laa jadinya..
Hari ni.. mama mula dengan buat mee goreng.. tp huhuhu.. takde gambar.. sebab mee goreng malas.. guna bawang putih, kicap mee dan telur.. tu jerrr.. ooopss mesti laa ada mee dan sawi.. hehehe...tak.. tidak laa nama dia mee goreng.. hehehe
Pastu mama buat cistat, then buat cheezy puff.. pastu angin rajin masih ada tinggal berbaki mama buat roti.. fuuuhhhhhhhhh.. dlm hati dok gedebak gedebuk.. sebab dah berkali2 roti mama tak jadi.. kali ni.. fuh.. kiri.. fuh... kanan.. oooookkkkk.. mintak jadi laaa.. hahaha
Mula-mula pusing cari resipi.. hmmm .. kalau resipi ni. .berlambak sebenarnya.. tp entah.. perangai tak elok.. setiap kali nak buat.. mesti nak kena cari lagi.. hahaha.. maka jumpa laa resipi ni kat blog mamafami...
COFFEE BREAD
(mama copy paste dari MamaFaMi)
Ingredients :
190 g high protein flour (mama guna tebung cap lily jerrr... )
50 g sugar
2 g salt
6 g instant dried yeast (mama dah terlebih curah 8g.. huhuhu)
1/2 teaspoon bread improver
1 egg yolk (pandai-pandai gi pecah masuk sebijik)
50 g fresh milk (susu takde.. mama guna air jerr.. boleh??? hehehe)
12 g instant coffee (I mixed 2g nescafe granules with 10g hot water) (mama letak serbuk koko satu sudu, chocolate paste 1 sudu kecil dan susu tepung 2 sudu besar)
60 g water roux
30 g butter
Method : (Breadmaker method)
1. Pour fresh milk into the breadmaker pan. Add in instant coffee, salt, sugar, egg and water roux.
2. Top it with sifted flour, dry yeast and bread improver.
3. Set the Breadmaker to Dough function.
4. Once the dough is just combined, add in butter and leave the Breadmaker to continue doing it's job. This process will take about 1 1/2 hour including prooving.
5. Remove dough from BM and punch down to release the air. Cut the dough 35g portion each. Make into round balls and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
6. Let the air out of the dough and make into round balls again. Arrange in the prepared tin.
7. Leave to proof till double the size.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 25 minutes or so.
9. Once out of the oven, brush with butter.
yoooo.. mama tukar ooo.. menderhaka.. hahahaha Jangan marah ekk mamafami.. huhuhu... pastu kan.. dok fikir kenapa water roux mamafami kena masuk oven ekkk.. issh dah masuk oven tak jadi kental pun.. mak oiii.. mamazieza oiiiiiiiiiii.. bukan soh masuk oven.. soh masak atas stove laaaa.. hahahah... padanmuka...
Water Roux
50 gm tepung
250 gm air
masak atas dapur hingga kental.. jgn hangus.. Angkat dan sejukkan. Hanya bertahan 3 hari jerr.. guna laa kasik perabis.. hehehe..
Mama buat 3 adunan you.. satu adunan guna breadmaker.. 2 adunan guna mixer (yang dua adunan ni.. takde letak koko powder atau chocolate paste.. cuma letak susu tepung jerrr.... bukan main semangat lagi tu.. hahahaha
Tu dia.. naik gedebummmmm... yang bestnya.. mama terlupa masukkan gula.. dah siap dah uli tu.. hehehe.. masuk laa gula tu kendian.. uli lagi.. boleh laaa.. Ya Allah.. muga2 jadi laa rotiku.. huhuhu.. and Aminnnnnn.. jadiii.. hehehehe...
